• Brand identity and visual design
• UX/UI consulting and product design
• E-commerce development and integration
• Ongoing support and maintenance services

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

All content, features, and functionality of our services — including but not limited to design deliverables, source code, and brand assets produced under a project agreement — are subject to the ownership terms specified in the relevant project contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, notype. retains rights to display completed work in its portfolio.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, notype. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
